The Habitat:
Kangaroos live in bush, Zoos like Australia Zoo, in wild forest and in people’s yard. climbing kangaroos live in trees and some live in caves.
Different kangaroos species live in different variety of habitats. Potropods, for example, make nests while tree-kangaroos live above ground in trees. Larger species of kangaroo tend to shelter under trees or in caves and rock clefts.
The food:
The foods they eat are herbivores, which mean they eat only plant material. They also eat fungi. The Joey kangaroo sucks milk from their mothers when still young. The wallabies also eat on grass. |
