The way I think the law should be
I think that they should make the consequences harsher, and they should pay the business/school money so they can re paint it. Also I think the police should take them to the station and question them, then make them apologise and keep them away by patrolling the area.
Why did I change the law?
Because I personally think that the law now isn’t very harsh because, it doesn’t matter how many times, or how much money you fine them for they’ll keep grafting again. They are getting away with serious things. And if the law was harsher people would open their eyes and realise that grafting isn’t something to be proud of or something that is positive to the environment.
