Our solution to stop vandalism is to have more police on potroll or have a close eye on consturction sites because most vandaliz seem to go for areas where there is not alot of people there at night time. If you have seen reports on the news it is usally houses, businesses or worksites. to stop vandalism there also could be security 0cameras in open public places.
