I think that it is outrageous that the Mary Dam is going to affect everones' life for instance the Mary River turtle, Mary River cod and the Mary River trout will be extinct and there will be nothing we can do about it.

The Situation would get out of hand if we don't do anything now because people will lose homes, farmlands and beautiful green lands. I bet you are all thinking "I'd love to save the river but what could I do?" you could do a lot more than sitting on a couch watching T.V. So you should get on a boat and protest down the river or make a poster or banner that disscusing your feelings and put it on the Bruce highway you could get alot more people on your side if you do.

I bet your thinking "Wow i still don't know how to do any of this" well you could get online at a site that suports what you feel of the Mary River. My thoughts are i hate to think that all that beautiful water will go to waste and dissapear in the thick mud of the Mary River. People i know love to go sailing and i would ahte to think of their dissapointment.

People of Maryborough will be crushed to find that their belovered river and that they will not be able to use the facilities that the river has to offer and that will be very sad.

I can't believe they would go through with it it's so sad that i will make a questionare for you!!!^_^
