Long body, long head, short legs and short toes, males are usually larger than females.

Interesting Facts

As its name says it has a long blue tongue, its main defense is it bluff it opens its mouth to revel a bright pink gum and suddenly a blue tongue comes out and scares their attackers.

What they eat
The blue tongue has a large variety of food although it is mostly known to eat small insects such as crickets or ants.
