Stage blue means that a cyclone has formed and is most likely to affect the area near you within 48 hours.

3) Check the radio to see where the radio is.

The cyclone is imminent and will be there within 12 hours

1) Make sure that all loose objects are securered.

2) Make a safe place for pets and animals.

The cyclone is imminent:

1) Park your vehicle in a safe shelter.

2) Stay indoors until the cyclone passes.

3) Wait until told before you leave your home, as you may only be in the eye of the cyclone.

The all clear means that the cyclone has passed but there may still be high winds and rain.

If you decide to leave your home make sure of your surroundings, look out for fallen power lines and trees that are about to fall.
